A beauty therapist who became a 4x founder.
Maame Mansa Richardson is an Accra-based entrepreneur and the founder of Cafe de Boba Ghana, Freezzee, Bareskinn Spa and Bareskinn.
She started out as a makeup artist, shared her life online, turned her beauty training into a skincare brand and spa, and kept building. Today she leads teams across four brands and seven locations, and helps others build and scale real businesses in Ghana.
